Time: Meeting begins at 12:30 PM (Rehearsals for those required will begin at 10:30 AM).

Location: Freemasons' Hall

The meeting will conclude by 2:45 PM, followed by dining at 3:30 PM. Dining is expected to finish by 5:00 PM.

How to Book

Individual Booking

For individual registrations (yourself only, with no guests, as a Knight of the Order):

• Register to give an apology, attend the meeting, or attend and dine.

Group Booking

For group registrations (up to 11 people):

• Use the Group Registration option or email gic@mmh.org.uk, who will assist with your group booking.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations of seat reservations will be accepted until 12:00 noon on Tuesday, 17 June 2025. Dining fees cannot be refunded after this date.
